Our apps are tools for authorised personal media, not permission to take somebody else’s.
Start with permission
Use your own material, public-domain content or material for which you have the necessary permission or another lawful basis. Permission to view a page or stream does not automatically include permission to record, download, redistribute or commercially exploit it.
Respect access and privacy
Do not bypass DRM, paywalls, account restrictions or other access controls. Do not use the software for covert surveillance, harassment, stalking or recording private material without the necessary consent. Respect the provider’s terms and the laws that apply to your activity.
Keep people safe
Do not use the software to create, obtain or distribute illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or content that facilitates abuse. A personal archive is not an exception to another person’s privacy or rights.
Share thoughtfully
Get the rights you need before publishing recordings, clips, transcripts or other people’s personal information. We do not sell third-party media or provider subscriptions through these apps. Product names and provider references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
