Fancy Little Company operates this website and develops Mosaic and LiveVault. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact hello@fancylittlecompany.com. This notice covers our website and our handling of support enquiries; a provider or payment service may have a separate privacy notice.

Visiting the website

Netlify hosts the public website. It processes requests and technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not run advertising trackers or behavioural advertising on this site. Fonts and decorative artwork are served with the website rather than through a third-party font service.

The motion switch may store your choice in your browser’s local storage. It is a device preference, not an advertising identifier. Clearing site data removes it.

Contacting us

When you send a support form, we receive the email address, optional name, selected product or topic, and message you provide. Form submissions are processed by Netlify. Email sent to hello@fancylittlecompany.com is handled by our GoDaddy email service. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, manage requests and keep an appropriate support record.

Please do not send provider passwords, session cookies, access tokens, payment-card details or private media. Diagnostic reports may include file names, paths or source details: review and redact them before sharing. The contact form does not accept attachments.

Your media and connected services

The apps are local-first: catalogue data and media are held on storage you choose. Merely visiting this website does not upload your app library or recordings. Connecting a provider, using a cloud-sync client, opening an external link or sending a support report involves the service and data you choose to use.

A cloud-synced folder follows the sync provider’s own behaviour and privacy policy. It is not a guarantee that a file has finished uploading or that the local copy is safe to remove.

Purchases

Where a purchase is completed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, payment and associated transaction information under its own terms and privacy notice. We may receive order, product, licence and contact information necessary to supply the software, handle support and process an eligible refund. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

A purchase is only available when a real checkout link and offer are displayed. This website does not ask you to enter payment details into a support form.

Keeping and sharing information

We use service providers to host the website, receive forms and handle email. They may process information in countries other than your own. We do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to meet a legal obligation, address fraud or protect rights.

We keep support information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and associated follow-up, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Transaction records may need to be kept for accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us about information we hold and request correction or deletion; we will explain any reason we cannot fulfil a request.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to submit a form, disable website motion, clear local preferences and contact us about your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a competent supervisory authority. We may need to verify a request before disclosing personal information.

We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website. If a child has provided personal information, contact us. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page.
