This website is operated under the Fancy Little Company brand and describes Mosaic and LiveVault. Contact hello@fancylittlecompany.com with questions. Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access private systems or submit malicious material.

Product information and availability

Features, supported systems and file availability are described for the relevant product or release. An illustration is not a guarantee that every detail is available in every version. Provider access can depend on account permissions, location, the provider’s service and changes outside our control.

A description, screenshot illustration or download page is not itself a purchase contract. Only rely on the actual offer, price, currency, tax information, licence scope and delivery details shown at checkout before you pay. We do not promise support for unlisted platforms, future releases or every third-party source.

Purchases through Lemon Squeezy

Where enabled, checkout is supplied by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Its buyer terms govern the payment transaction. Fancy Little Company is responsible for the software it supplies and for the applicable software licence and product support.

Check the product, operating system, licence terms and full amount before placing an order. If no checkout is available, this site is not accepting a payment for that offer. We will never ask you to pay through the support form.

Refunds and support

Our voluntary refund window is 7 calendar days from purchase, as described in the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights and Lemon Squeezy’s own rights are not limited by that window.

For software questions, contact support with your product, version and operating system. For purchase enquiries, include the order reference and purchasing email if available. Do not send payment credentials.

Rights in content and responsible use

The software does not provide ownership of third-party media, an entitlement to a subscription service or permission to record, download or redistribute a broadcast. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights and following applicable laws and provider terms.

Our website text, artwork and software are protected by their applicable rights. Third-party names identify compatibility or the services discussed; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Service changes and your rights

We may update the site, documentation and software. A change to these website terms does not retrospectively remove rights from a completed purchase. Keep a copy of the terms and offer applicable to your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable warranties, statutory remedies, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your right to bring a claim in a forum required by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted website or third-party service availability.
