Install, update, and keep your collection
A few checks before changing the app, not your archive.
Start with the official download
Use the Downloads page and choose the product, operating system and processor listed for the release. If no file is listed, there is no public installer available from this site. Never treat a sample document as an installer.
Check compatibility
Read the release’s system requirements and signing information before installing. A security warning is not proof that a file is safe; do not disable your computer’s security protections to open an unverified copy.
Keep your collection safe
Let recordings and downloads finish or pause them safely before replacing the app. Back up catalogue data and media, especially before a major version change.
Apply an available update
Use Check for Updates if your installed build provides a configured update service. Otherwise return to the official Downloads page. Update availability does not depend on having an active product licence.
Check storage after the first launch
Reconnect external storage and confirm that your library or recordings are present. Contact support before deleting old app data or recovery folders if anything is missing.
