Before download
Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if the source package has not been downloaded.
After download
Downloaded digital source is normally non-refundable because it cannot be returned. We will repair, replace or refund a package that is materially defective or not as described when you contact us with the problem.
Template Care
You may cancel future subscription billing through PayPal at any time. Access continues through the paid billing period. Completed billing periods are not prorated unless required by law or a confirmed billing error occurred.
How to ask
Email hello@fancylittlecompany.com with the PayPal order ID and the email used at checkout. Refunds return to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
